I do not know what they are using But I did see one using a hand held UV-C light over the produce in a market.

Another was a fogger, and not an atomizer as I use in my garden.

Another was a decontamination box with people walking thru a fog, built on the sidewalk.

God only knows!

I don't know what it is in China, but in Brazil when these trucks (here called "smokes") pass on the streets it is to kill flies and mosquitoes.
