How Will The Virus Effect Drugs, Drug Addicts

How will the virus effect the drug trade in America, especially if quarantines or rules limiting travel are enforced? Also, how will the number of sick be tallied, or forecast with so many people on drugs(i.e. hand to hands and sharing of needs or passing joints)? Lastly what happens when quarantines are put into place and addicts begin to get sick? Also how will the virus effect America's craving for pharma behavior drugs and fentanyl from China?

America has a unique situation with its population and drugs. I am just wondering how the interaction between the virus and America's overwhelming large drug using population will play out? Will we see mass people with mass delusions and hurting themselves or large swathes of people having hallucinations, and causing harm to others from rage of not having their drugs? Could the lack of drugs be the driving motivator force religious visions to take place(during detox)?

P.S. Has anyone heard if this virus will slow down the production of shipment of important drugs. I believe this will be the drought the bible truly spoke of...I'm just saying....
