I imagine just knowing we can do it is half the battle. Many Worlds theory and the Mandela Effect opened the door for me. This Multiverse holds infinite versions of everyone and everything in it. There could be countless ways to tap into them, and personalizing the process probably makes it even more effective.

I find I get over ailments faster by knowing there are infinite versions of me still in good health. I ask God to move me (my soul) over to one and so far it seems to be working. It can take 1 to 3 days depending on the ailment. I might also think of the affected part of me "vibrating" back to health. It's rarely instantaneous but seems to be accelerated. I enjoy music and sometimes add this to the vibration process.

Color/light wave visualization in the affected area could work as well for someone who is more visually inclined.

Knowing we are a Soul that can never really die helps with staying relaxed/focused while the change is processing.

You're wrong. There are spiritual beings and there are non-spiritual beings. Soul energy is pervasive, etheric. Rocks and dust have soul energy. Caucasians are human bodies that cannot house spirit energy, but they still have soul energy like everything else. Caucasians bodies are not designed with the proper equipment to be "the temple of God". Which is why they defile their temples so easily with pharmakopea drugs, animal sex, weird beast technology, and evil thoughts, deeds and behaviors. Atheism is really popular with Caucasians, why? Because they cannot perceive anything spiritual, so the only things that make any sense are materialistic pursuits. I’m Caucasian, and my whole life I have been drawn to discover truth. Compared to those I grew up with and around, I would say there were few if any who questioned authority and authoritative sources as much as myself. It is my belief, the truth has to be experienced. Discussions, as like here, help guide us in our future self experiences.

My search has lead me to some deeply spiritual experiences. What I’ve learned more than anything, is to trust above all my own experiences and intuition.
