My latest hearing in January and meeting with Lawyer to discuss the case was delayed till later this month. He said it would probably be nearly a year before it goes to trial. Pretty sure test results are back by now that will confirm the entire basis for the raid was false. Kinda worried though since the Feds were involved...

The State will only be able to prosecute me for the Manufacture of DMT, Maintaining a Dwelling, & Precursor Chemicals’s, the Feds could potentially charge me for 4 other Substances under the Federal Analog Act. Which were all small personal amounts they consider the 10mg of ALD-52 a large amount though since it was laid out on 100 tabs of Blotter. I’m hoping the Trafficking charge may not apply since it wasn’t actually technically a Controlled Substance. Going to get into the legal definition of things next time I speak with Lawyer...

As a defense attorney, it has been my experience that prosecutors that resign like this ignored exculpatory evidence and engaged in prosecutorial misconduct. Follow the money trail and connections of that prosecutor. I suspect suspension or disbarment soon.
