My girl friend works at a medi center in Western Michigan, one of the guys she works with wife works at spectrum health and has 2 confirmed cases this morning. They haven't said anything on the news about it yet but I guess the hospital is on lockdown....

I was hoping to have more on it but nothing. I'll update if I hear any more. She doesn't work again till Tuesday so hopefully she can ask the guy what he knows.

I pulled this comment off of a video regarding unreported cases in New York. Alarming if true.

I work at a busy city hospital in Michigan...since mid October, I have seen more than 40 men pass away with "sudden pneumonia causing heart failure"...highly abnormal to see this...none of these men had a cardiac history....this has been since mid October....all of the Michigan ER's had massively huge bioweapon drills, full bio suits, pappers, maske, etc....that is only the ER's....the regular hospital floors are doing NOTHING....every day, very sick People in regular rooms on "droplet precautions", no info from managers, no extra precautions, etc... it seems CDC or WHO told hospital managers to keep their mouths shut.

I question what "Amanda Moe" does at a busy Michigan Hospital... because it doesn't really jive with the flow of a busy hospital. For example, if she worked in the ER, she would have just said "40 men having passed away from Heart Failure". Pneumonia causes respiratory distress...

If she was in the ICU or a step down unit monitoring those patients, she wouldn't really have been able to comment on the Bioweapon stuff.

It is flu season and its been a particularly bad flu season. Pneumonia can also be a complication of the flu.

Typically, the ER would perform those types of drills, since any incoming patients would funnel in through the ER first. You wouldn't just rush in a Flu patient and place them directly into the ICU, so that post's claims are a bit of sensationalism.

Hopefully the other posted gets more updated information. Since it has been 2 days, I imagine the hospital is no longer locked down, since nothing hit any of the regional or national news networks.

Weird as Beaumont is the heart hospital and this illness kills those with heart and diabetes issues. Just saying.
