Re: Justice: Roger Stone and Obama
Roger Stone,is a private citizens ..He had more right to go before Congress and tell them off, then an government worker that WORKS FOR US...

Pretty much,The government Came in to a Private mans house, which WE AS A PRIVATE PEOPLE HAVE MORE POWER,AS WE VOTE IN THESE FUCKERS ...

And they did the unthinkable when The people that are supposed to be WORKING FOR US...OR BELOW US AS WE THE PEOPLE ARE THE FINAL JUDGE...Came to his door that night ready to kill HIM...

HEADS SHOULD ROLL...AND ROGER SHOULD SUE FOR MILLIONS AND RECEIVE EVERY DAMN PENNY ..

And We should go to their doors next AS IN A MOB OF MILLIONS AND TELL THEM TO STAND THE FUCK DOWN.,AS THEY THE GOVERNMENT SEEM,NOT TO BE WORKING ON OUR BEHALF...

What i am trying to say here....Clinton Lied ...Nothing happened to the Cigar man...

And he Worked for us....

Roger,i guess he lied,im still not clear on what ....But lets say he did...SO FUCKING WHAT...

WE THE PEOPLE HAVE MORE POWER THAN A FUCKING PUBLIC WORKER..AT LEAST THAT'S HOW I WAS BROUGHT UP!

You vented anger, that is what I expect from most. I asked a question and presented a situation, you did not respond to what I asked. Perhaps you should actually read what I said and try responding.

Re: Justice: Roger Stone and Obama
So the prosecutors who worked for Robert Mueller had a temper tantrum because the Department of Justice thought 9 years in jail is too stiff a penalty for Stone's "crime". While I think Stone is nothing more than a self promoter, lets be honest, he didn't hurt anyone and he wasn't accused of doing so. While people who hate Trump want to see him die in jail, I question their idea of fair and just. That is why I present the following question.

IF Durham proves that Comey, Brennan, Clapper and Obama conspired to spy on the Trump campaign (a flagrant crime) for political reasons, would you support them going to jail for 10 years? We know Hillary Clinton illegally removed classified information from the government and put it on her personal server, the penalty for which is at least a decade in jail. Would you support her being jailed for that long?

I am not asking this question of partisans, I am asking it of it of independents. Would this country really benefit from seeing Hillary jailed for ten years? Will the country really be safer if Stone is in jail for ten years? Be careful what you asked for, you may have to live with it.

Here is truth. If Obama were convicted of spying on Trump's campaign, Trump would pardon him, same for Hillary. Some of us remember when Nixon was pardoned. It was the right thing to do. Sometimes to heal a nation, you have to move on.

Babe, horrible comparison. Stone committed no crimes, Hillary on the other hand...

Re: Justice: Roger Stone and Obama
What has happened to stone is blatant over prosecution of process crimes. He was put in a perjury trap.

What Obama, Clinton, Comey, Lerner, holder, etc have been doing for decades is breaking down our system of government. They and the deep state through all possible manners of criminal behavior and treason have attacked the very safeguards the framers put in the Constitution.

This is fact. They weaponized govt agencies against political enemies, most recently having weaponized the house of Representatives against the sitting president.

Pardoning them would not "heal the country". It would signal half the population that it's pitchfork and torch time. It would be actual proof that the rule of law is dead, proof that checks and balances are gone, and proof that the Constitution is gone.

I accept and tolerate the fact that any govt system is going to have corruption. I would say most people can tolerate "garden variety" corruption. What these people have done goes so far beyond, and has such dire consequences that there just be punishment levied and carried out.

That would only be step one though. I believe we need a constitutional convention of the states to add an amendment that enforces term limits on congress. Just like FDR gained too much power in his 4 terms, these career politicians have gained and consolidated too much power. They have made laws that circumvent or flat out defy the checks and balances. They have turned the FBI, CIA, NSA into the proletariate.

This would go a long way towards fixing many problems.

Here is the answer to your question OP... Unambiguious.

OP is conflating the pardon of Nixon, after being hounded from office by butthurt pro-war Dems under the guise of a fake left counter-culture wave... To a potential pardon of an actual traitor and foreign agent in the person of Obama.

It's not an honest intellectual excercise. It's a typical incoherent diversionary linguistic exercise. It's a hypothetical political "trade" based on trading a innocent dead guy who the Dems screwed over, to a live criminal Dem who's still screwing people over.

The obvious answer is no deal.

Now go learn some logic. Throwing dust in the air only works until it doesn't.

Again another non responsive answer. A critique to be sure; but, not a response. While you mentally masturbate over yourself, you do not deal with the issue presented. I shall simplify it for you. Assume Stone and Obama are both guilty, would you still wish them to go to jail till they die for being political whores? Does that help you?
 Quoting: myquestion

But you are setting up a false equivalency. Stone is not guilty of ANYTHING. His crime is PURELY political. Obama, Clinton and their minions are guilty of many many things that are incredibly harmful to this and other countries. For these things they should PAY. Heavily.

This has been fascinating. I hate the Bushes and the Clintons. I don't respect Obama either. According to the responses I received, I should just hate people and them all to spend in prison because I disagree with them. FU. I sought discussion and presented a question, it remains unanswered. I have been called a liberal tard, lol. I am not liberal. I only recently returned to this site. It has changed, it is now just partisan. I sought a place to hear from all sides, I have not.

Re: Justice: Roger Stone and Obama
What I say is not merely about revenge, although I like revenge too and I freely admit it.

What is IS most about is RETURN OF JUSTICE AND RULE OF LAW. We cannot allow people who have worked to undermine and destroy the rule of law, some of them for decades now, for their own gain, go get away with this. SOMEONE MUST PAY FOR WHAT HAS BEEN DONE. That restores the balance.

The rule of law must be re-established. For this to happen, the Clintons - at least Hillary - and Obama and his minions - MUST BE PROSECUTED, TRIED AND PUNISHED. We can't let them get away with a legion of crimes against individuals and the USA and other countries.

Comey, Brennan, Clapper and Obama conspired to spy on the Trump campaign Fact.

The penalty is clear for such a crime and it's not prison

Again, not what I asked. Is anyone capable of having an actual conversation about my original question?
 Quoting: myquestion

OP all of these people you keep accusing of ignoring your question DID answer the question/issue posited in the your first post.

You just didn't like their answers.

Typical liberal response - keep accusing others of being ignorant until you get the answer you want.
Life is a spiritual war and no matter where we lay our head, we live in a warzone.

There will be casualties.

You do get to choose your side. I chose the Bright Side where my God fights for me.

Others chose the Dark Side and fight for an entity that views them with disdain and discards them.
