The longer they keep them all cooped up on that boat, the more who will catch it.
Keep them all on there long enough and they will all catch it. Then the only option is to tow the ship out to sea and torpedo it.

I watched an interview with an elderly couple on the ship and they were asking to be tested. They are only testing people who develop a fever. They are supposed to take their temp several times a day and report it if they have a rise.
