US to evacuate 380 passengers from ship, total infected up to 258 including 38 asymptomatic carriers.
Quoting: BFD They haven’t test all passengers so how they can tell there are only 38 carriers? I would assume they mean based on those that have been tested thus far. They don't like mentioning that they only tested less than 1000 passengers. I think that the ratio of ill to carriers is 1:4, conservatively. That’s what they don’t want to be known. Yeah, that would be scary as hell.
