What does it mean ADYTUM ?

I think we are seeing the cascading economic effects of the Coronavirus' impact on China and other countries and ANTICIPATED REVENUES.

This will impact whole nations and industries. First, think tourism and travel: Asia, cruises, air travel in general. Then think supply chain, manufacturing, retail etc.

China alone was facing a crisis of debt if it didn't go back to work.

The smart money knows all this and big investors and institutions are wary.



It was a bubble perhaps before the needle of Coronavirus burst it.

What exactly is bullshit in your opinion?

The market will correct . We have had a great run but it has always corrected in the past. We now have legit concerns worldwide that will soon come into play . The virus may or may not be as bad as anticipated but regardless markets, production, revenues and such are being and will continue to be affected. We have had 10-20 percent gains each year with investing so what does it hurt to back off for 3-4 months and break even instead of the surprise that may be coming. Its time to back away from the table folks and lose a few k as opposed to what could happen. Its being propped up now and when it goes the week it does will be a blood bath. No indicators will be coming but youd better believe they will be sitting in cash and elements that are safe. Just one opinion ...We all have one it seems.

Interesting... This meeting occurred on 2/13/20. And given the CDC teleconference this Friday it appears they are ramping up.

Markets... they’ll do their thing. Big players will make money while working people struggle to survive. Plays out over and over.

what to buy?

Look at price to earnings.

Some of the issues on the Dow won't crash so hard if they crash at all.

Goldman Sachs for instance has had a very attractive PE.


Under ten is good nowadays. I would buy under ten and hold in the region of say 10 to 12. Everything else on the Dow is a dog as far as I am concerned. Look for value, well-managed companies.
