Quoting: Anonymous Coward 5650064 no president has ever been able to declare a war. that is congress' job. these military strikes without congressional approval have just become the norm in the last couple decades, and should be reigned in, but the democrats aren't doing this for the right reason. they are just doing this to spite trump. had it been obama or hillary they would be cheering it on and encouraging more strikes. Then why do they need to pass a law then? because orange man bad and they don't want him doing the same things the past presidents have been doing to try to make an example out of him. he never has been part of the "club". god forbid he get credit for killing terrorists.
