It would actually be hilarious if Trump didn't veto it, but then just acted within the inherent loopholes of the law to do what he wants anyway.

This is obviously a trap for the Dems to throw their hands up and say "see, he's a tyrant that won't accept checks to his power!!!!". They know it is DOA when (if) it reaches the white house.

I just feel that Trump will (yet again) avoid this trap in a way the Dems don't see coming.
