Quoting: Anonymous Coward 5650064 no president has ever been able to declare a war. that is congress' job. these military strikes without congressional approval have just become the norm in the last couple decades, and should be reigned in, but the democrats aren't doing this for the right reason. they are just doing this to spite trump. had it been obama or hillary they would be cheering it on and encouraging more strikes. Then why do they need to pass a law then? Because they're fucking hypocrites! Why wasn't it made a law during Obombos terms? I remember Barry not going to congress to take out MoMo Khaddaffi and no one said squat.
