Do people need reassurance you are listening to them and giving them attention? it's almost insane many people end every few sentences with "You know" or "You know what I mean". Some people are social outcasts because of this practice and have no idea why people run away from them. Record yourself talking and listen to how many times you say it.STOP SAYING YOU KNOW!!
