If she is a citizen she can do what she likes...it is america after all...
We do not live in a commie country..
All depends why she did not rise?
Some people may not rise for ANY country..But As Respecting the country,you should stand...but only God they should bow too...
Not sure the case here...But only idol i bow too is God,ONLY..and all the other things take a back seat,in my views..
