* Ability to moderate your own threads: delete spam posts or ban specific users from posting on your threads.

* Subscribe to email updates for specific threads: get notified by email of new posts in threads you're following.

* Manage the way the front page appears to you by pinning or unpinning threads based on your liking (these personal pins/unpins will not affect the threads other users see as pinned).

* A custom 'title' that appears under your handle on all posts you make.

* Access to the private messaging features of the site: keep in private contact with your friends.
