Can someone summarize? The twitter video is not playing and there's zero real info in words there.

It was the joint official policy of USA and EU concerning Ukraine to try get the prosecutor fired because he was a corrupt leftover from the previous regime that was stalling investigations of Russian stooges in Ukraine. The investigation into Burisma wasn't active at the time so it has nothing to do with it. Yeah I know, this is just nonsense to you, but it is what happened here on planet Earth. On planet Fox things are obviously different.
