He's of the left, so I don't expect a lot of common sense and integrity out of the guy.

If he were a conservative, his description of certain broken homes in black America with lousy parents would have been framed around honesty with a desire to honestly, ethically improve the situation. But because he's a liberal, his comment was full of mainly, "I like to politically masturbate to whatever liberal feelings I have. But black people overall, other than needing their vote, are a big nuisance to me."
