I am leaning towards a Deepstate leak to ruin Trumps progress in the hope it will cost him the election, i hope it doesn't but that is how i am thinking. For sure the Chinese prob suspect it is an attack also. Hire a double agent to sell it to Chinese then release it there separately and let China think they did it to themselves or somewhere in that ball park.

I do think it is much worse than admitted though and even if it spreads further afield it still suits the agenda of chaos to use against the white house imo. Sounds far fetched but they caught the Chinese smuggling samples out so who knows lol
