It's not going to stop spreading. All the quarenteens haven't stopped it. It's in the wild now. I live in San Antonio, TX. They flew abt 200 here from China. They are confined but they will release them tomorrow (14th). One person has tested positive and they transported them to University Hospital. I worked in the food service in a different hospital and will promise you the kitchens will spread it easily. You can't quarantine them all in the same room or building. That's where they are messing up. If one tested positive on day 12 or 13, you don't let the rest go on day 14. That's illogical.
