I voted 20% wipe-out.
I think something is "fishY' about the whole China
handling of the virus. They keep wanting everyone to
believe it came from a FISH MARKET (still seeing videos
with that "backstory" playing here on GLP)...while it
has already been confirmed by credible sources--even a
bio-research team at an esteemed Indian University--that THIS
is a MANUFACTURED BIO-WEAPON.

So logically it came from the Level 4 Bio-hazard facility
in Wuhan...NOT the "fish market. And...if an ACCIDENTAL
release at this facility there is ZERO INFO as to if it
has been contained there. It could be like Fukushima just
sitting there releasing more and more virus for all we know
--which would mean it will just keep infecting everyone
in that city.
Then...there is something MORE "fishy" about how our own
government is proceeding with OUR RESPONSE to it. I see
where the military is now involved, but no transparency
as to WHAT OUR INTEL about the bio-release actually has
found out.
We have a couple across the hall from us in our apartment
building who just traveled back from an international flight
(within the 14-30 day incubation period)...and they are
BOTH sick. One is continuing to go to his food service job
...the other just told us today he's "going to drive to
Oregon to see relatives for Valentines Day!" So...if they
are exposed they are spreading it.
We shouldn't have to be second guessing who has been exposed and who hasn't...being worried about our neighbors, etc.
with the level of intel available to this country--IT SHOULD
BE ANNOUNCED straight-up where we sit with this shit!

None of it makes any actual sense.
Saying that flights will be curtailed, but they really aren't. Pretending that 14 days quaratined will fix anything, when it seems apparent that even 42 days post exposure is in play.
I don't have the answers, but I think the lethality outside of China is a very critical factor.
In my mind, China is done. And I have no rejoicing in my heart over that at all. They're just people like the rest of us, really.
I feel terrible for the people of China. What the average
guy is going through is beyond horrific. It's just Biblical
to watch it on these videos/Tweets.
Well...the frustration I am feeling (like wondering if
my "virus positive?" friend will take it to Oregon tonight...)
will soon be over because the incubation period--another
2 to 4 weeks will let us all know where we stand, right?
I just think it very sad that there is NOTHING YET where
a person can make a simple phone call...see if they are
testing for covd-19 in our hospital (he says they are NOT
testing as he works there!)...how to figure out what flight
the fellow was on and IF any cases have shown up from that
flight...or how to even "gently suggest:" You know, kiddo,
you might want to delay traveling ANYWHERE while you are
sick until you are quite sure your exposure wasn't on your
international flight." I was afraid to even say THAT much.
Without information...it is basically none of my business.
I have to be careful or I could start a huge problem in
our apartment building. See, if there were TRANSPARENCY
RIGHT NOW...not in 2 or 3 weeks...everyone could relax
and know what to do. We are communication GIANTS in the
U.S.A. but there's no communications put in place for this?
That's incompetent flat out....not to say DANGEROUS.
