1. Yes we need more truthful info form china.
2. 20%+ of those that get sick need intensive care, due to the low numbers hospitals can keep up with most needs keeping the death rate to bellow 5%.
3. Once the number of sick goes beyond the capacity of hospitals ICU units, the real death toll will be revealed.
4. We are only at the beginning of this virus's cycle, once we see how it affects India and Africa, we will have the real infection rate on those outside China.

If it is as bad as they are acting (the levels in which China are trying to resolve this) this virus could be a serious world issue.
