Everyone is on edge about how bad this could get. Give it a week or two and shock will ease up a bit. We do not know how this will go. Do not fear the worst just be cautions and do your best. That is all you can do. Think about something else, do a project or sit ups, put on music when trying to sleep to take your mind off it.
