Why should any of us "freak out"?

I'm suing a bank and having an injunction filed in Federal court against them. I've been writing legal documents, affidavits and pleadings for eight plus hours a day for three days now.

What could possibly garner a higher attention from me?

Please explain why I should be freaking out and give detailed examples.
