Women were permantly sterilized in Virginia by an Islamic surgeon without their knowing it, they were never in surgery for anything related to their reproductive organs.
They found out when they could never get pregant and both the wife and husband then got the news the wife was surgically sterilized and never even knew it.

Why would any 50 year old man bother with any new women of that age? It's one thing to grow old with a lover or spouse, but it's quite another to start fresh with an old bag. It's the same amount of effort to get a women of any age.
