In addition, more than half of alabama doesn't have access to internet or even know how to use it...mamy do not have even the ability to text...i run an animal rescue and deal with a lot of these people. Just when I think I won't be surprised anymore , it happens again.,they think of texting as some high tech crap...and many older folks here only have landline phones still....
