I'm not saying I agree with the bill, but it has some merits. But I think (I could get behind a law that stated) if a person is ever on public assistance (welfare/food stamps, etc.) and has 3 kids, they should be denied future benefits if they refuse to be sterilized - man or women. There are too many baby mamas and baby daddys out there who just breed and don't contribute.

And, in actually, anyone who has over two children, should not get a tax deduction for subsequent children. If you want them fine, but you pay for them.
