I have 22 inch arms at almost age 50. I haved fired many that have disrespected me. They knew not to retaliate as I'm in very good shape from years of a disciplined life, and years of being a Karate master.

I have a precision haircut and will not take any lip from any young houligan. I once had a young bruiser threaten me on the job. I went into a Karate stance and flexed my 22 inch arms. He immediately backed off and showed the respect I deserve. I'm Robert Daniels, and you will show me respect!

That's all good, but, humility would be a good one. I'm not saying that to critisice, but if one really do have it like you describe, anyone, you don't even have to say it, and especially here, the one that really have it knows, and with such training has no need for flashing or bragging or even have any ego. All I see is ego showing off. That's not mastery or ability in that but the opposite. Ego is the biggest downfall, and the first you learn to get rid of and control along your words on the real road to mastery, and martial arts. At least, that's how the right hand path does it.
It's written, the one who can't control his tounge, has no control. And how the most highest master is the most humble and have learnt to SERVE, no ego, no brag, no I do this if.. No. None of that. Its like Mr miyuagi in karate kid - that difference.
If you really do possess those qualities, you have already errored. Control of mind, and tounge, and ego, is everything.

Any fool can train his physical body up to a very high level, but the few can train their mind and ego to the same standards. And if you don't have that, you have nothing.

And with that said, I do think it's a good idea to get rid of any employee that disrespect others. There should be zero tolerance. Much could be avoided that way. I'm surprised people just talk about the problems at work and no employer actually take that action.
