China will keep its military quarantine away from the virus. But so will other major nations keep their military quarantined. So at the end of the day china would not get away with invading anyone! except maybe Taiwan. America and Nato still have its missiles and stealth planes... The days of wars of conquest and invasion are OVER. If China wants more living space they will have to build an orbital cylinder or something or an under ocean city.
