Re: Anyone felt bad since mid-January?
No headaches at all *knock on wood*
No stomach pain
Muscle soreness in neck, left arm/shoulder- comes and goes.

I get physically exhausted just being in direct sunlight, powering through it and spend 30 minutes in the sun today. Going to get another 30 a little later while we don't have any clouds.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78174005

Have you had an echocardiogram?

I had a massive heart attack almost a year ago....please take care with your heart. I had no idea I had a 100% occluded main artery.

Please lovey, better safe than sorry.....hugs

Echo is later this month. Cardiologist looked at my catscan and X-ray and said there was no blockage, heart looks healthy. It's not for another 2 weeks, he said I likely don't need it but would do so anyways to make me feel better.

General doc and cardiologist both want me monitoring my blood pressure everyday for a month. Which it is really high
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78174005

Okay, thank you for paying attention to it.....hugs

Re: Anyone felt bad since mid-January?
I get a ton of made from China, direct from China cheap crap off Aliexpres and Ebay, b/c it's super cheap.

Starting Jan 23rd, I've had horrible physical symptoms that I can't shake. No fever, not coughing, but blood pressure has stayed extremely high and I got a team of doctors trying to figure out whats going on with me.

Just took all my remaining PTO time and if I don't get any better soon, I'll have to get on FMLA.

Symptoms: heart feels like it's going to jump out of your chest, bad anxiety, heart rate spikes to 130-140 while resting and I start sweating and get hot/cold flashes. Unable to sleep without waking up every 2 hours. Can't enjoy watching TV, have to focus on my breathing with the episodes get really bad. Tired, super fatigued.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78174005

I don't order anything from china but I have been having the same symptoms as you though so maybe its something else?

I don’t wanna jinx myself but at my Moms suggestion i went and bought acid reflux medicine.

I got maximum strength PepcidAC and 30 minutes later I feel somewhat normal for the first time in weeks.

Really hope this does it.

I've been fine all night. Wow, all this might have been just really bad acid reflux.

...

What are you eating? Do you drink soft drinks? How much time is spent on your smartphone? Do you think you've been poisoned?
 Quoting: cosmicgypsy

salads, grilled chicken, chicken wraps, greens multiple times a day, no fast food, clean eating for weeks now. No soda, just water, Metamucil, and alcohol every 4-5 days, been cutting back on alcohol too.

average screen time last week was ~2hr 30 minutes, mostly work email

don't think I've been poisoned, but do have a pretty exclusive job so can't rule it out. Another teammate just went LOA due to a bad injury while mountain biking.

Anxiety can also cause most of these symptoms. My wife suffers from it and when she gets real stressed out shit like this happens.

Interestingly enough... These are all the symptoms of ascension sickness.

Are you having a spiritual awakening?

I thought same. I started waking up last spring. OP do you notice any strange phenomena like synchronicity? I’ve had lots of that! I think our physical bodies are changing. I cant tolerate many foods right now. Sometimes my body feels like it’s on fire! I think it helps not to work! Can you quit your job? IMO jobs wont be part of the new paradigm...

Re: Anyone felt bad since mid-January?
I caught a throat jan 10th got worse turned into a cough, actually pulled muscles in my stomach from coughing for breath. night chills and sweats sometimes 4 changes of clothing a night, joint aches, shivers, constant sinus headache. hot bath every day did not alleviate pains and soreness. eventually went to doc and she gave me steroids and antibiotics and within 5 days im good and feeling energised. 4 weeks of misery. never used to catch bugs like this.

Re: Anyone felt bad since mid-January?
I get bouts of this now and then, it's basically anxiety. People don't really take anxiety that seriously, but when you haven't been able to fall asleep for 3-4 days in a row you start to have some serious problems.

The thing I've found works best for me is keeping busy and cutting myself off from doom. Anything I can't do anything about, I'll put on the back burner in my mind. Anything I can prepare or improve, I do those things instead. Taking action is a great comfort. Be it tidying up, going to work, or doing some household jobs you've been putting off.

One thing I can say for sure is that dwelling on things you cannot do anything about, and worrying about death all the time will not do good things for you mentally or physically.

You might be onto something. I had the same thing happen and I think it's what causes my recurring bouts of anxiety. For years I had problems breathing until I refused to use my inhaler anymore, and instead raised my natural steroid hormones through exercise. Haven't used an inhaler for six years, but my head is still messed from the trauma of being unable to breathe because of mold.

Well everything you said symptom wise I had and worse.
Like being in a state of toxic shock with a pounding heart is no way to live! I had bad chills and had to stay in bed for 6 months.

Finding a Dr to even recognize my issue was a journey.
Ask for tests to see if you have molds. I had 2 bad ones.
I was coughing up mold and could smell it on my breath.

You have to stop eating sugar and drinking beer. That was the biggest thing for me.

Try magnesium. Natural Calm is a brand I use. It's a magnesium citrate powder you mix in water and drink. Most people are deficient and have no idea. This works better than any other form of magnesium for me and I had these symptoms.
