Bloomberg and Hillary demonstrate a very interesting phenomenon: you can't spend your whole life being an asshole and treating people like shit - for decades - and then decide you want to run for office so you NEED to be popular so people will vote for you....but you have DECADES of being an unlikeable, nasty asshole behind you!

Trump on the other hand, has always been magnetic, likable, charismatic, humorous and appealing. Not just as a business magnate but as a celebrity too. It's hard to beat that. Ordinary people LIKE Trump. They DON'T like people like Bloomie or Hillary.

I recall a program hosted by conservative commentator Dennis Prager several years ago. He said he had a friend or acquaintance, still married (to a woman) for several years, who one day confided in him that he was gay. Prager asked the guy if he had a good sex life with his wife. The guy said yes.
