What men need to know now: It seems this virus might reduce/destroy men's fertility, even if they have no more than mild symptoms. (It also damages the kidneys.) This would mean it's crucial for people to do their utmost not to catch it, even if everyone in the mainstream media is trying to suggest it's no worse than the flu, or a mild cold.
