There are no reports of the virus in south or Central America though. I read online somewhere that passports will be suspended come 4-4-2020. Do you have any insight on this and would/could they do that? I agree I think 99% of the USA population is already infected. I think this is why they have been spraying nano chemicals in the air/water to infect everyone and activate it with 5G which is already here in the USA but its very very spotty.

Travel restrictions will most likely start to happen any day or any hour from now.

Martial Law's will depend on the Mission requirement. Situations like the Virus outbreak are treated differently in each Country. Medical Martial Laws work for Asian Countries, because the are generally Disarmed and Compliant.
