Stupid teens do stupid things. They should not have been driving in that manner.

Two videos have been made public showing the fiery 2018 crash on Highway 24 that claimed the lives of two Antioch teens, as well as the atmosphere inside the car minutes before the tragedy.

The videos, obtained through a public records request, show a 2000 Honda Civic spinning out on Highway 24, crashing into a jersey barrier, and exploding in a hail of sparks. The car flew off the highway just before the Interstate 680 junction and landed 40-50 feet below, police said.

I have witnessed many grown ass men driving in the same manner. I have a lot of people, some even far older than myself, pull up to me and try to race by speeding off, weaving in and out of traffic, while I continue in the same lane, at the same speed.

Some people don’t need a fast car. I have a quick vehicle, but don’t drive like a fucking moron regardless what time it is.

That said, I agree about the teen comment, most are just living in the now. Same as you and I did when we were that age

I wouldn't drive over 80 in a 2020 Honda yet alone a 20 year old one. he was probably a little bit high. and he survived. usually the ones who survive these accidents are drunk. because they don't tense up before the impact.
