Also if you let too much mist touch your eyes, it will irritate them a little. I have never had any bad reactions to breathing this mist. I just make sure to keep it out of my eyes and not breathe too much in through the nose. That's it. You don't have to use food grade hydrogen peroxide and water it down. The 3% stuff works fine. Costs less than a $1 per bottle. |

This states that if a broad-spectrum or hospital disinfectant carries claims against two small non-enveloped viruses, each from a different family, it is expected to kill other viruses as well. Users should ensure that their disinfectant product has this ability should there be a need to a change to your disinfection protocol. All EPA-registered Accelerated Hydrogen Peroxide® (AHP) disinfectants meet this requirement." [link to virox.com (secure)] |

Sure enough, no matter how much I scrub that cutting block, when I spray it with hydrogen peroxide, it will turn WHITE with foaming action as it kills off bacteria still remaining. . “Mental slavery is the worst form of slavery. I've been using bleach on my counter top but hydrogen peroxide is probably a better idea. I'm going to buy a bigger bottle next time I get some. I've been keeping the smaller bottle in the bathroom to rinse in my mouth because I have a troublesome molar. It really helps it. |

Not sure about breathing the stuff, but I like the idea of letting a humidifier run for a while and disinfecting each room. Good info, thanks! . “Mental slavery is the worst form of slavery. I've been breathing it with a nebulizer every time I feel an infection starting in my nose, throat or lungs. It keeps my colds down to a few days of minor symptoms instead of a few weeks of major ones. I've had pneumonia twice and bronchitis and asthma before that. I began to research this technique and my colds in the past few years haven't been bad at all. This process still lets the body learn how to fight the infections but it gives it some backup. |

"For those who slept through science class, hydrogen peroxide (H202) is essentially water (H20) with an extra oxygen atom. Your own white blood cells make some hydrogen peroxide as a way of killing invading nasties such as fungi, viruses or cancer. Dr Frank Shallenberger, founder and director of The Nevada Center of Alternative & Anti-Aging Medicine in the US, says that when hydrogen peroxide is used as a therapy, it can help your immune cells do the job they were assigned. “It’s been used for decades to conquer viral infections by thousands of doctors in thousands of patients all over the world,” he adds. Shallenberger says that breathing hydrogen peroxide through a nebuliser (which converts liquid into a fine mist) is ideal for fighting viral illnesses in general: “I’ve never seen it fail; I’ve treated everything from flu and viral pneumonia to encephalitis and West Nile virus all with the same result – the infection clears and there are no side effects.” [link to www.bodyandsoul.com.au (secure)] |
