The signals bounce up and down dozens of times - don't forget that the cloud of Starlink sats are constantly moving, at a high speed. Not only that, the lowest altitude orbit part of the shell will need to be constantly replenished, as they will run out of juice and burn up in a matter of a couple of years. |

And yes I too have installed or overseen the install of entire state wide 5G networks. YES It will or can be used against ANYONE.
