The best that the USA has is the PATRIOT and let's be honest it is a total P.O.S. University studies put them in at a 30-50% skill probability with multiple missiles. The THAAD is sketchy too.

Russia is the master of missile technology. Since the 70's if you fire a single pair from an S300 you are somewhat in the 85%-90% kill probability range. The S400 is better. These new ones are even better. There is basically no hope for you if they launch one.

The USA military industrial complex peaked in the 70's-90's and has gone to shit. This is what happens when societies reach a critical mass of rampant corruption - their technology stalls.
