Definitionally not a pit, with restrictor plate you have to draft right on the bumper with the car in front of you. Fall out of the draft, and you'll find yourself moving from 2nd the 6th in a hurry, that's why I hate them. He simply got too close in the draft and he gave him a little shove, enough to spin him sideways. Blame NASCAR not the driver.
