Totally agree. I was figuring back to the stone age.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 73680300 Noting is really being "developed" globally. It's just a process of stripping resources and converting them into an unusable, unbeneficial or deadly form. The planet is being killed. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 73157996 You sounded like you almost understood for just a second...then poof off on some planet doom. We humans actually use around 5% of the surface of this planet. That is it.Some say as high as 10% due to agriculture, but those figures include every single bit of land that has been used in all of history. If anything was ever planted there by man, even trees(after logging ect). The real number is 5%.If you live in or near a large metro area I understand why you have been brainwashed to think this. Go some where like Lake County Minnesota. If you live outside of a city limits you MUST own 40 acres minimum to even build a house. Thousands live there.Places like it exist all over. We are in absolutely no danger of over population. It is a myth perpetrated by those who want humans enslaved as workers in and near cities. Get away from them. As for collapse....sure.The federal reserve is not the USA first attempt at a central back.It is the third or 4th,plus state currencies. There will be others.Rise and repeat. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78323780 The USA does have some free space left, but most of the world doesn't. The message you should take home from this realization, is hold on to your land so the Chinese don't take it from you. Because they will try, whether with military, economics, or just plain mass immigration. You guys have ARABLE LAND. It's a treasure.
