Cassia or ceylon?
They are very different.
Quoting: Bright Side Interesting. That's also the type that works on diabetes... Curious wording though because the article says household cinnamon which is primarily cassia. Cassia is not true cinnamon. They hide the real stuff from me, I have a secret stash. Do not tell my mom.
