My name is Captain Obvious, ask me a question

Do you remember the movie "A perfect storm"?
Essentially all of these forces came from different directions and when they merged over the north eastern Atlantic they combined and created unsurvivable conditions at sea.
Any one of those storms by itself could have been weathered and while the seas would have been rough it would have been fine, but together?
Today we are watching a perfect storm brewing.
The European Union is destabilizing and with the UK leaving with BREXIT, the E.U. is left with only Germany as a major economic producer.
The United States has essentially been politically destabilized and its anyone's guess how politics will proceed. We also are about to experience one of the worst harvest season in memory since the dust bowls of the great depression.

East Africa which is a major food producer on that continent is being plagued by locusts that are being described as unprecedented and biblical in scope and will not start to end until June and by that time they will have devastated everything in the region. Those same locusts are now heading to China at a time when they are already on the brink from the Corona virus.
Chinese farmers have begun destroying millions of farm animals, not because they are sick but because no shipments are running and the farmers have nothing to feed them.
Chinas manufacturing has essentially stopped and not much is being produced and consumption has dropped by 90% according to current reports.

So what does this mean?
This means that there are storms brewing on multiple fronts and like the movie these storm are all on a path to merge. These storms are economic, political and social. They aren't just going to effect some far away place that no one has ever heard of. These storms are global.
These storms are going to touch every man, women and child and they are as unstoppable as a runaway train. They will run their course until they run out of track.
This isn't some far out prediction for some time in the distant future, this is happening right now.

The best way to prepare is to mentally prepare. To be aware that this is coming so that we aren't taken by surprise and immobilized by shock.
I will keep my ear to the ground. I suggest you do the same.
