Anonymous Coward User ID: 78232567 Denmark 02/18/2020 01:35 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation	CAUTION: Do not over do your meds to prevent the CoronaVirus Please do not over do any medication, I was taking Vit C and D, oregano oil in low doses once a day for the last 10 days and started getting diarrhea and hand shakes followed by a erratic hart rate. (minor hart attack) I quickly drank some water and ate something sugary and mediated to control my hart. What I did not realize was after having a bit of flu that my immune system was already elevated. Im ok now but mainly because i am taking a break from a heightened immune system. Taking a week off to recover. Please do not over do it!!!!! Super important.

I’ve heard vit c can cause diarrhea in some people if more than 2000mg Is taken per day, it also increases risk of kidney stones. Vitamin supplements are no joke. Most people don’t need much, except maybe vit d and b12. To boost immunity it’s better to just practice good hygiene, eat enough healthy food, and get enough sleep.
