I think those extra ones are the people who came off those cruise ships. I was wondering when they were going to be added to the total of US cases. That's probably them.

So if it does outbreak there, it will be in MY GUESS, some few weeks after the next week. Simply put, if there are infected/contagious spreading currently, people will get it during Carnival en-masse. At that point, from 5 days to...42 days after you would be seeing more suspected case news, if their reporting is not locked down such as most of the rest of the world is.

They have strong trade tries with China so I'd just assume that their news would be in line with CCP like the US/WHO etc...but by then the landscape could be very different here, for better or worse, I guess we'll wait and see like everyone else.
