Why does my phone have a ban at random points?
It doesn’t seem to have any pattern to it, and it doesn’t happen when I’m on WiFi at home. It happened when I was connected to WiFi downtown yesterday and has happened at a couple of other places, but never at home on it, or outside of the home on my tablet. Only on my phone, even if I’m signed in on it. Is there anything I can do about it in the settings?
