... For absolute truth. Sometimes you need a foe more than a friend. If you're about to do something dumb, you need someone to stop you. Not egg you on. I like to egg people on so they'll think about what they're doing and whether it's the right decision or something we'll laugh about in a few decades... Other times you have to oppose people you adore because if you don't they'll really get hurt. :( Nevertheless I believe that every mistake is a learning opportunity. :beautifulthinkin: Sure your friend wants to get drunk and run around naked for a carton of beer. You should let him, because it will help him see that not getting in trouble with the law is worth more than beer... Besides you can always laugh about it with him after he goes to the local police station...  But telling your friend at the bar to go home and sleep it off after stealing his car keys is something everyone should do. See, both friend and foe.
