President Trump doesn't have to do anything quick here.

The jerdge has to rule on the obvious and documented bias of her jerry rigged kangaroo jery. As I stated earlier, she should have done this before sentencing. The ball is still sitting in her kangaroo court.

Two things can happen here.

Mistrial or pardon.

Nothing will happen before she decides on the validity of her hand picked kangaroo jery's incompetence. There is only one decision she can come to. Mistrial.

The Defense has made a motion for a ruling on the biased jery. The jerdge does have to rule on this motion and she did not, thus the backassard nature of the situation as she immediately went to sentencing.

Mr. Stone has been sentenced.
The jerdge did not rule on the defense's motion for a MISTRIAL.

Why did she do this backassard kangaroo calisthenic?

If she rules NO, President Trump pardons Mr. Stone that day.
She knows this as well as she knows her jery is corrupt kangaroo fodder from the democrat plantation so she proceeds to sentence Mr. Stone to see if President Trump would immediately pardon. He did not. Why? Because if he did, the jerdge would immediately declare a mistrial in order to get a shot at Mr. Stone again.

It is as simple as this. She will eventually swallow her tongue and poop out a ruling of mistrial and then maybe, just maybe, Mr. Stone can get a fair trial.

The ball is still in her court and odds are greatly in favor of Mr. Stone not doing one single day in prison.

Right, he has been sentenced(three years)so why is he out of jail? I know people sentenced and they go to jail. It does not make any sense to the average person with life experience of the same being sentenced and off to jail they go. Even people who can spell and use correct words for attempts of purveying their thoughts, it just does not make a lick of sense? I have never heard of anyone being out on bail after sentencing. so, again, wtf? I guess if you have an income of sorts and know people, you don't get punished? Mind boggling for sure.

My info just comes from having had a bf who went to jail a lot. Stone must be better then your average felon?
