If Bernie Sanders are likely to win, then Trump can release the true numbers and scare people to make them stay home. Don't come out and vote. If nobody votes, then election don't count?

I know they are hiding the numbers of Covid 19 in US because there are 7000 people in quarentine inside US now. But doctors don't bother to go ahead and diagnose each one of them to make sure they have the disease or not. Its the election.
