Unless you live in the wilderness which might just give you another year or two, or you might be lucky enough to escape it altogether. Or you could look at it this way, if you move to the coast you will probably be on grid and the plug could eventually get pulled due to a pandemic so you might be better staying in your off grid home, but that will probably not stop you from getting the Coronavirus, but it will give you lights and heating. |

You may have to pull your house off the market in doing so...but if your area is a "buyer's market" you won't lose anything by waiting 90 to 120 days out--just to see how everything shakes out. By Fall, we should ALL KNOW WHERE WE STAND and you can make better choices that way. That is my advice...I'm hunkering down where I am with my family and hoping things will level off. My gut feeling, however, is way more "doomy" than that. Good luck to you!
