From USA to SSA: the 1st year of a Sanders presidency

If Sanders wins, could he actually implement his plans of free Medicare, free college, open borders, unilateral nuclear disarmament, $15 wage, nationalized industries, wiping out all debts, gun confiscations etc?

Could he actually achieve a Socialist States of America with the backing of the majority of the populace, industrialists, banks, military, police, national guard etc etc?

If not, what would the first year of a Sanders presidency look like?
