[ link to thewatchtowers.org (secure)] Somebody sent me this link. I checked out the main site which appears to be a conservative news forum. This poster says they have friends and family in the CDC and WHO. They said more than 3 weeks ago that the first country to try out response policy on is Italy. Scroll down to the thick red line. Its the internet, so how would I know for sure. But it seems a bit nefarious that suddenly Italy is the first country in the West to start quarantines.
