Sotomayor's comments are RIDICULOUS and she should step DOWN from the SCOTUS because she's not only biased - she doesn't understand how government works. She and Ginsberg (at least) are biased in favor of the Leftists who appointed THEM. That's how it works. As Barack said, elections have consequences. Our ideal is that over time we end up somewhere in the CENTER.

So when we have a Leftist POTUS he appoints judges based on that. When we have a Rightist POTUS he does his thing. Hopefully the overall tendency is to correct any drift too far to the Left or Right.
